Harvested from the Nyulas vineyard traditionally in the middle of October. Its must was fermented in seven years-old and new oak barrels (50-50%) then it was matured for six months. A full-bodied wine with rich favour and taste of almond, pear and vanilla. Recommended to river-fishes and poultry.

2009. Tokaji Sárgamuskotály, semidry, 7.8 €/0.75l     » AVAILABLE

The very first single variety Muscat of the estate was made from fully ripened grape harvested in the middle of October. The must was fermented in tank, which resulted in a tasty wine with intensive Muscat, elder- and spring flower fragrance. Recommended cooled, in a cheerful woman company.

The other half of the must from the vintage of the south facing Dobai vineyard was fermented separately. Its wine remained sweet with a pleasant muscat character. Gently sweet with elderflower fragrance.

This wine is a sweet, late harvested version of the old grape-variety of the region. It has a smooth texture with a lot of spicy and fruit. In the nose minerality and grape skin aroma swirl, in the taste the loessy savours of the terroir appear. A round, full-bodied and "talkative" dessert wine.

Full, rich, complex flavour, in which in ripe and dried fruits: apricots, grapes, pineapple appear. In the mouth the taste of apricot, plum jam and stewed apple pampers the taste buds. The round acids with the remaining sugar create a beautiful harmony. A light dessert wine for daily consumption.

2008. Tokaji Cuvée, sweet, 9.7 €/0.5l     » AVAILABLE

It was harvested from overripe, golden yellow raisined grapes (40% Zeta, 30% Kövérszőlő, 30% Sárgamuskotály) at the end of October. It was fermented and aged in 6-year-old barrels for half a year before bottling. In its nose overripe fruits (lichi, mango) and flower honey dominate. In the complex, harmonious taste aszú berries appear.

2002. Tokaji Aszú, 6 puttonyos, sweet, 46.6 €/0.5l     » AVAILABLE

The aszú-berries was worked up according to the traditions: selected by hand from the bunches and trampled by foot. We added the aszú-berries in to the juice of grapes (must), then mixed them for a night, and pressed. It was matured in one-year-old "gönci" (136 litres) oakbarrel. After the bottleing matured for a year.

After an October vintage the must was fermented in newish barrel then the new wine matured for 4 months and bottled. The wine shows a typical honey made of linden-flowers character in its taste completed by vanilla flavours of the oak. It's a perfect accompaniment to flavourful Asian cuisine.

This is a noble sweet wine made from beautiful overripe berries. It was harvested in the high steep southern slopes of Tokaj Hill. It was gently pressed after a short soaking period. The sugar content of its must was over 270g/l. This wine gives overall delight to all the lovers of muscat wines, thanks to its typical fruity flavour, light sweetness and vivid acidity.
